Returns, Cancellations, Refund, and Exchange

Cancellation:
Cancellation is accepted within 24 hours of placing order. After 24 hours the order cannot be cancelled. Refund will reflect into your mode of payment within 5-7 business days.

Returns:
We hope you are delighted with your order – if you are not satisfied you may return within 7 days.
Return approval must be requested and return the unsuitable item within 7 days of delivery.
Please note, returns will not be accepted if the item is not returned in their original condition and packaging with tags attached.
Returns are at the expense and responsibility of the customer. (Complete process to deliver the product safely should be done by the customer).

Refunds:
Refunds will be processed once we receive the returned item and verification of the product and packaging is done.
Refunds are not accepted for custom orders (Engraving, any kind of customisation).
The Shipping Charges for the delivery of the product to your place will be deducted (Even when the shipping charges was discounted while placing the original order).

Bulk Orders:
Returns on bulk orders (3 or more products) will not be eligible for refund, cancellations, returns and exchanges.
