Return, Cancellation, Refund & Exchange:

• Cancellation is accepted within 24 hours of placing an order.
• After 24 hours the order cannot be cancelled.
• Refund will be reflected in your mode of payment within 5 – 7 business days.
• We hope you are delighted with your order if you are not satisfied you may return within 7 days. 
• A return approval must be requested and the unsuitable item within 7 days of delivery
• Please note, that returns will not be accepted if the item is not returned in its original condition and packaging with tags attached.
• Returns are at the expense and responsibility of the customer. (Complete process to deliver the product safely should be done by the customer).
• Refunds will be processed once we receive the returned item and verification of the product and packaging is done.
• Refunds are not accepted for custom orders (Engraving, any kind of customization).
• The Shipping Charges for the delivery of the product to your place will be deducted (Even when the shipping charges were discounted while placing the original order).
• Returns on bulk orders (3 or more products) will not be eligible for refund, cancellations, returns or exchanges
